Hydraulic soil following

 

Soil surface follower combinated seed grain bed maker machines with a great work width:

 

The frame is equipped with a soil surface follower applience. It has a left and right wing hydraulic system.  During transportation the wings are closed. While working the opened wings compared to the middle part are  ±4° and moving independently from each other. The following of the soil surface is dony by the wingwheels.

 

Benefits:

  • The surface of the soil is completely worked out in case of concave, convex or either staged soil surface.
  • As the sowing machines are following the dissension of the soil the benefits of the well worked out seed grain beds’can be seen in costs, the quality of the sowing, the growing of the plants and the crop average as well.
  • Compared to the grate working width rigid machines the benefit of the joint frame is that the frame structure is less sensitive for static and dynamic loading so this way the deformations and breakages can be avoided.
  • This machine is extremely foolproof.

The wings of the combinator frame are equipped with hydraulic cylinders each, which work in a hydraulic swimming position while working. So the frame is not rigid this way. In the front (frame middle 2 pcs, on the wings1-1pc) depth bordering wheels are keeping the frame  and following the soil surface.
